return, credit and/or exchange requests sent via mail must be made
within 30 days of order receipt. Items must be in like-new
condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
Please take the package to your postal carrier and mail it to the

This address can only be used to return items purchased at
BabySi.com.
When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the
package via U.S. Mail or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for
your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only
merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless
otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card
account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s),
and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will
receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return
processing.
